Cara:
tumbuk cili api bersama garam hingga lumat. Masukkan bawang putih - tumbuk masukkan bawang merah - tumbuk masukkan belimbing hitam - tumbuk masukkan ikan bilis - tumbuk kasar masukkan minyak ke dalam kuali dan masukkan bahan-bahan yang ditumbuk tadi. Goreng hingga ikan bilis agak garing. angkat dan hidangkan.
